Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. To cancel click here to be connected to CCBill. You will need to provide two of the three pieces of information: Subscription number, (in your welcome email) your email address or credit card number. When you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access until the expiration date.

Q. How can I pay for my membership?
A. By credit card through CCBill or 1-900 billing (charged to your phone bill) through CCBill.
Q. How will the charges appear on my credit card or phone statement?

Q. How often will I be charged?
A. If you joined by credit card, you will be charged every 30 days until you cancel your membership. You can cancel recurring billing by clicking here. If you joined by 1-900 billing, it is a one-time charge for 30 days. It does not need to be cancelled
